Creation of New Affordable Housing

Over the years, the JASC has worked to create hundreds of new units of affordable housing for seniors. We are still actively pursuing opportunities to bring affordable senior housing to Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods.

Children’s Memorial Hospital Redevelopment:
One of those opportunities is the soon to be redeveloped Children’s Memorial Hospital Site in Lincoln Park that has two buildings that have the potential to be converted to senior affordable housing.
